The formulation of various kinds of rollers’ covers, equipment rubber linings, and tanks, production of special rubber components, etc. which have different physical and chemical properties are designed based on the component performance. The R&D could reach significant outcomes in designing adhesives used in the rubber lining and components department and registered the patents for adhesive connecting the rubber to the metal, Code ADC-MIRCO3, as well as the primer, Code PO2. The products have been used in petrochemical complexes including Razi, Arvand, Arak, Fajr, Imam Port, Zagros, Mobarake Steel, National Excavation, South Pars, etc. The applications have been approved by the employer. The company has also produced the cold and warm punching adhesives so that the patent MIRCO-ADC300 has been also registered for the cold punching adhesives. The warm adhesives and the warm punching cover for the steel chords and carcass conveyor belts have been submitted to most Iran industries including Mobarake Steel Complex, Hormozgan Steel Co., Golgohar Sirjan, Ports, and Shipping, etc.
